Getting More Professional Service from AUSA than What You Expect

Lucy and Tom first met when they were in high school in China. They  arranged to sit next to each other in class and became very good friends as time passed by. They encouraged and supported each other in their studies at their boarding school.  After graduation, they chose different paths in their lives to seek their own dreams. Lucy came to Australia for overseas study and Tom stayed in China for further study in a university in China. However, the distance did not affect their relation instead their love seeds sprouted in the hearts of two young people. In 2006, they started their loving relationship. They went through all sorts of problems together during these 5 years. The long distance love tested their commitment to each other and their true love. After Lucy graduated successfully from the university, she found a job related to her major in Australia and got her permanent resident visa. Tom graduated with his bachelor degree in China as well. They were planning to get married the following year. Their parents and relatives were all happy for their engagement.

Lucy was AUSA’s previous client and friend. When she told us she was engaged, we were so glad for her. Lucy was busy with her work and could not go back to China in the short term. The question about how her fiancé could come to Australia to register their marriage and establish a happy family of their own in Australia bothered Lucy for a while. She hoped our AUSA migration agent could help her again.

After a detailed client consultation with Lucy, we got to know the whole history of their relationship and decided to help Lucy apply for a prospective marriage visa for her fiancé. Although their relationship is genuine and continuing, they did not live together as they were studying in two different countries. Our agent provided professional advice to them and helped them collect and assemble all the related evidence and documents required.
AUSA provided Lucy and Tom service which is more than what they expected to get. We taught Lucy how to apply single certificate in her state and also helped her find a marriage celebrant for their wedding in Australia. With no doubt, all our service solved a lot of problems to Lucy and Tom who did not have many social experiences yet.

With professional help and considerate service from AUSA Migration, the prospective marriage visa of Lucy’s fiancé was granted successfully. This pair of lovers will get married happily in the next year and step into their beautiful future in Australia.
