Employer Sponsored Visas include:

  • Temporary Business (Long Stay)(subclass  457) ;
  • Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 121/856);
  • Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 119/857);

Consideration to exceptional circumstances may be given by the Immigration Department in any or all of the following categories.

Subclass 457-Maximum 4-year temporary Sponsored working visa
  • Possess the skills, qualifications, and work experience related to your nominated occupation;
  • Need skill assessment for trade occupation;
  • Have Occupational level English;
  • Meet the health and character requirement;
  • You must Maintain your own health insurance.
Subclass 121/856-Employer Nomination Scheme
  • You have skills Australia needs recognized by the relevant skill assessment authority;
  • Your nominated occupation by an employer is on the Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List (ENSOL);
  • Meet minimum salary level requirement;
  • Less than 45 years old and have Occupational level English.
Subclass  119/857-Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme
  • Possess relevant qualifications equivalent to at least Australian Diploma level;
  • Less than 45 years old and at least average IELTS 4.5 (can be exempted);
  • Meet the health and character requirement.
