ACT to reopen the skilled migration program on 29th Nov

ACT reopening the permanent residency visa after its sudden partial closure of this program in June.

The Skilled migration sc190 program will reopen on 29th November. The occupations will be based on the most in demand occupations and the application will be processed based on the merit rather than first come first serve basis.

“Potential applicants that were close to qualifying to apply for subclass 190 nomination when the program was partially suspended in June 2018 may be eligible for additional points under the merit-based assessment system. This transitional measure will apply for the remainder of the 2018/19 program year,” a statement on the ACT Government’s website reads.
